Pick one product. We spend thirty days working it inside your account. Not an audit and not a deck, we go in and do the work ourselves.

  1. 01

    Day one.

We read the account and send you the teardown, so you can see what we found before we touch anything.

  2. 02

    Days two to thirty.

We fix what the teardown found on your chosen SKU. Listings, advertising, availability, whatever is actually costing you.

  3. 03

    Day thirty.

You compare your own numbers against the baseline we published on day one, and you decide.

One reconciled view of every dollar

The platform

One login. The whole account.

Every fee, every click, every return, traced to the product that caused it.

Keep Rate

Profit per product, per day.

Advertising

Judged on profit, not ACoS.

Listings

Copy and images, scored against conversion.

Inventory

Reorder points and stockout risk.

Recovery

Money Amazon owes you, found and filed.

Account health

Suppressions, policy flags and buy box loss.

Fix

Stop the bleed

Cut waste, get stock back, file what you are owed.

Optimize

Rebuild for profit

Rebuild ads and listings around what actually converts.

Scale

Grow on a fixed base

Spend more. Keep Rate holds.

The one number

You sell $100. Where does it actually go?

Revenue went up and your bank account did not. This is where it went.

Keep Rate is the share of gross revenue that survives advertising, Amazon fees, returns and cost of goods, and lands as profit.

Your team

You are hiring two things.

One operator who owns your number. One system that never clocks off.

The hire

Scale Engineer

A senior operator who owns your Keep Rate. The person you message, not an account manager.

  2. 02Pulls in ads, catalog and creative when needed
  3. 03Talks to your supplier, not just your dashboard

Questions

Before you ask.

Is Revlyn an agency or a software product?

An agency, running on our own software. You hire an operator and get a login to the same screen they work in.

How is Keep Rate calculated?

Contribution profit divided by gross revenue. Everything you control, nothing you do not.

Do I have to hand over my cost of goods?

No. Your Amazon Keep Rate comes from the APIs alone. Adding cost sharpens it later.

What size brand is this for?

From about $30k a month and up. Most of our brands sit between $100k and $500k a month, where the founder is still the bottleneck.

Will my ad spend go down?

In the fix phase, usually. In the scale phase it goes up on purpose, because it finally pays.

What does it cost?

A 60 to 90 day pilot, then a retainer plus a percentage of managed ad spend. Retainers run $2,500 to $8,000.

Not selling on Amazon yet?

BrandEngine is the other half of the business: research, sourcing, IP and launch, run to the point where a product is live and holding a Keep Rate worth scaling.
